Board of Directors
Jeff Flint, president of FSB Core Strategies, is one of the most widely respected public affairs and political professionals in the state of California. A veteran of legislative and campaign operations, as well as major public relations campaigns, Jeff served as partner with Schubert Flint Public Affairs until April of 2012. Prior to that, Jeff was chief of staff to former Assembly Speaker Curt Pringle and vice president and principal at Russo Marsh + Rogers and has enjoyed a successful political career since the late 1980s. Jeff, a former Naval Reserve Intelligence Specialist, served on active duty in 1991 and 1992. Jeff was formerly a soccer coach with Lincoln Youth Soccer Club and with Rocklin Youth Soccer Club where two of his children played. He has three children playing for Placer United. Jeff resides in Rocklin with his wife, Christina and their collective five children.
Vice Chair Yvonne Sieber, a human resources professional, spent sixteen years in the Bay Area high tech industry. Working for large enterprise, medium and small companies, she focused mostly on partnering with business units to meet their strategic and tactical HR needs. Yvonne has spent time as an HR consultant, HR business partner as well as HR Director, while focusing on various HR disciplines including corporate compensation, benefits and employee relations. She currently works for Oracle. Yvonne has been involved in youth soccer for the past seven years; first in recreational soccer leagues in Morgan Hill and Rocklin and for the past several years with Placer United as a team manager for her two young son’s teams. Yvonne also has a daughter who is just starting as a beginning recreational soccer player and who also enjoys participating in the Placer Juniors program. The Sieber family are residents of Rocklin where they relocated from the Bay Area in 2006.
Registrar Christa Ognissanti has provided health education to our community for more than twenty years. As part of this work she has developed a nationally recognized tobacco and drug education program for teens, is a founding member and Executive Director of a concussion education and awareness program for youth athletes, and she developed running programs and breast cancer assemblies for area schools. Christa was instrumental in working with Placer on the development of our concussion policy. Christa and her family have lived in Rocklin for ten years. She has a daughter who plays competitive softball and a son who plays for Placer United.
Treasurer Jonna is the CEO and Founder of Visionary Integration Professionals (VIP). Through her strategic, operational, and financial leadership, Jonna created and transformed VIP from a company operating out of her back bedroom with one employee (herself) to a global consulting firm with 800 staff, more than $100 million in annual revenue, and 900 clients. Jonna is well known for her philanthropic involvement supporting a variety of organizations, her Board positions with various non-profits, and the creation of the Women in Technology Scholarship Program (WITS) that annually awards several scholarships to deserving women enrolled in technology programs at universities anywhere in the country. Jonna lives in Granite Bay with her husband, Roger. They have one son who plays for Placer United and one daughter. Both children attend Granite Bay area schools.
Board Member Francois Barbe’ has spent more than twenty-five years working in the medical sales industry with extensive experience selling enterprise wide hospital information solutions, capital equipment and for the past ten years selling medical devices. Francois has held positions as an Account Executive, Enterprise Vice President and currently as a Territory Manager. Prior to joining Placer United Soccer Club, Francois has coached recreational soccer, basketball and volleyball for the past eight years. The Barbe’ family are residents of Loomis for the past 15 years with a daughter who plays club volleyball and is a student at St. Francis High School, and a son attending Jesuit High School who has enjoyed five exciting years as a goalkeeper with Placer United.
